medical records

I sent of for some of my reports and they usually come in Letter form but I have got them on a Disk have not tried it but will back for a report.It was not really what I wanted so now I have sent to Chorley Hospital Medical Records to see what they can do it seems all Records go there so will wait and see.I received  them today the 2nd of July I have had a quick look through them will get back to them tomorrow there is a lot to go through and make another report. I finally got round to printing them of so now up to date. Since I was last on the Blog I have had 2 appointments everything was OK so now my next appointment is 7th January 2014. In February it will be 9 years since I first saw Mr Dalal. I do not know where the 9 years have gone but I have been looked after. So now I can look forward to Christmas. So the New Year went by without much upset and have been to my Jan appointment everything was OK and have made an appointment for 3 Months which is 8th April so now waiting for that. But in the meantime I got a Spot on the knuckle as it was 3 weeks of my appointment I rang up om Monday 17th March and spoke to Mr Dalals Secretary and she said to come the next Day. So I saw one of Mr Dalals team and he examined the spot gave me some cream and Antibitics and said to still keep my appointment for the 8th April had a word with Mr Dalal see what they have to say then. My appointment has come around I saw one of Mr Dalas Team and he studdied my hand and i told him it had taken awhile to heal so he said they should do a Biopsy just to make sure so he would put me on the list and he said they would ring me but in the meantime I had to make an appointment for 4 Months which is August 12th so now waiting for a phone call for an appointment. I got a phone call from Royal Preston today only the Day after i was at the Clinic to make an appointment for Wednesday the 23rd April at Ward 4 at 8-30 so that was very good. But the Day before my appointment they rang me from Royal Preston to say it had been cancelled but they had got me an appointment for Saturday the 26th at
8-00/am.

The time as come to  to Royal Preston to see Mr Dalal in Fullwood Suite. We went early as usual and ha d some Lunch out and then booked in and went to Rosemere to deliver a Loose Change Box it will be the 9th one I have done. Chatted to Laura and had a word with Mohamad then back to the main Foyer went into the Cafe just got a Cup of Tea when Beverly the Nurse from Fullwood Suite come looking for me she said the Man was waiting for me so of we went with our tea and saw one of Mr Dalals Team he checked around the Lymph Glands and I told him my hand was painfull he explained a few things to me which I felt better and he said to book an appointment for 3 Months time so that is 18th June and we went home.

It is now time to go to Royal Preston to the Oncology Dept to see Dr Read he was pleased with after excamination and he said there was no need for me to see him again as it is 3 years that I first saw him but he said that I will be seeing Mr Dalal he wants to see me every 3 Months til 2015 so that will be 10 years. I said to him I do not know where the time goes but as long as we go with it he just smiled and shook hands with us both. My next appointment is 19 March. While we where there we went into Booths and had some it is very nice in there nice food. then home and relaxed.

My appointment for Fullwood Suite has arrived we managed to park and then went to Booths and had some Lunch and then Sue and me made our way to Rosemere with Money Box and had a word with Mohamed and up to Fullwood Suite. Did not wait long saw one of Mr Dalals team he checked me over and told him about the lump on my neck so he had a look at and then got a Collegue to look at it I have seen the Man before. He studdied it and then decided to take a sample from it with a srynge not very pleasant and he arranged for me to have a CT Scan and I have to go back to Fullwood Suite 4th December, so left there in shock needed a Brandy when I got back. Now waiting for then to ring me do not think it will be long. But I am in good hands.The Hospital rang me Wednesday the 2th to go for my CTScan Sunday the2nd December so then will have to wait now till Tuesday for results will report then. Got to Fullwood Suite and did not wait long saw Mr Dalal I have not seen him for awhile . He said he could not come to any coclusion so now I have to have an Ultra Sound which I had December the 14th. Then I rang Mr Dalas Secretery and she said the report had come back but she could not give me details and said she would get back to me which she did not so rang the next day left a Message and at 5-50 one of the Plastic Surgeons rang to say that there was nothing to worry about and I would be able to enjoy my Christmas so now will have to wait for a report.l

My appointment has come around again this time for Oncology to see Dr Read. Saw one of his Team and he checked everything and said to he will see me in 6 Months time I did not think I would see him again it is over 2 years since I first saw but I do not mind I can think of worst places to go so I was pleased with that.so it will next year when I see him again on the 18th February. My next appointment this year is 13th November to see Mr Dalal .

Getting on with Life

Since my last visit to Royal Preston I have been getting on with things and have decided to do some Crafts to keep busy I made Egg Cosy`s and Pin Cushions and have decided to sell them for Rosemere had a word first with Laura she said it was ok see what happens. I have sold quite a few I first go on July 10th   to Mr Dalals Clinic I will take the Loose change box then as it is full I started it on the 27th March  and take the next one on July the 23rd I have an appointment in the Oncology Dept I will then take the Craft Box see what Laura says and probably bring another one home in the meantime keep selling.So now wait for my appointment we are having a relation staying with us in June so the time will soon go by. It is now the Day of my appointment 10th July. We managed to park without waiting and made our way to the Restaurant and had some Lunch then across to Booths but there work going on so it was closed so back to the Hospital to the Cafe to have a cuppa and saw Dr Siva which was nice and went into the Cafe to have a word with John.Then I made a couple of purchases in the Clothes Shop John sat in the Foyer I made my way down stairs and caught up with Laura and the Ladies and was told there is going to be an Open Day so she is going to send us an Invite so that will be nice we went to one in 2009. Then made my way back upstairs and booked in and made our way to Fullwood Suite and saw Beverley. We did not wait long saw one of Mr Dalals Team he was pleased with things he said to make an appointment for 4 Months which is 13th November. He said since my operation on my arm which was a recurance  they will have to keep an eye on me for 5 Years still as long as they are looking after me then we made our way Home. Now we can look forward to our Hols.
